David and I went through a couple of 'dry-runs' the first two times -- a short sale and then a bankruptcy. The 3rd attempt proved to be the correct one and at David's behest, I looked at a condominium which I had previously not considered as viable at all. This turned out to be the better decision for myself. One negotiating factor - storage unit with the condo - turned out to be a situation where David saved me from losing it in the end. He insisted that, not only the unit be included in the contract, but the sq footage and even unit number. This proved critical because, later, the agent who had not done his part thoroughly, told me that they had run out of spaces. Had David not insisted the details be part of the contract, I would have likely ended up with a (significantly) smaller space than was agreed initially. David is very precise and handles these sort of details very well. I'd recommend him to anyone.
